Book Review: The Secret Year

Hey guys! im here to do a book review on The Secret Year by Jennifer R. Hubbard. First i would just like to say.... i do judge a book by it's cover, but come on who doesn't?! that would be pretty silly for me to say i don't just saying, but yes i do, it intrigues me to see something a bit different from a dark gory cover to a sweet cover, a pretty face, or something weird.. book covers i believe are influences as to what is perceived by the book. This book cover is gorgeous to me, it just makes sense to have this book cover, but okay enough of the book cover... i don't do spoilers so don't worry, but i will give you a brief insight of what i thought of the book overall. Okay so i really liked the way the author conveyed this story, it's a pretty light read not too much to it, but the author made it feel like it was a story that would go on forever. I really enjoyed this book, i fell in love with the characters and what the main character had to face with, and the diary entries and how it all came together was great.. i felt like at times i could relate to the characters and their thoughts which is always a plus.. i would give this book a 3 out of 5. Although i enjoyed it, some parts could of been fixed and edited to make it not so " cliche". Hope you like my opinion on this book, please feel free to read this book if you want. :) 

Woah time goes by fast!

Hey everyone, woah i'm so sorry guys i haven't been up to date on getting back to my blogging, and i've missed it so much but this year was pretty hectic with my ap classes so i was just focusing more on that and time went by so fast that i forgot to keep on doing my blogs as a hobby and something i would carry on. But im back, it's crazy because time goes by so fast, im about to be a senior which is crazy, this is all going by so fast.. but within the time i was gone i read some books so i'll be doing reviews on them and i've seen some movies so of course i'll do reviews on those as well if i can remember what movies i even watched, sorry that i didn't come back for a while though, you guys didnt miss much though because not a lot happened in a year as i thought it would, i was more kept up with my ap classes than nothing, but i'm back and ready to get things in control! 

Things might change!

Hello everyone I know I haven't talked to you guys in a while but things are going to change for the better or worse. So I've been recently thinking of changing this blog into a different blog.. I still want to do my weekly wallpapers and some other stuff but it seems as though its a routine for me rather than an actual activity that I would like to do. So to change it up I want you guys to personally know me a bit better and I want to do more of the whole movie reviews and book reviews cause I think that'll be awesome and I think i'll do a monthly favorite of my fave song and cover and my favorite drawing or so on all in one post I just think it'll be better that way, also I want to get in more depth with you guys and I want to answer questions that are typically asked on the web and I want to show my own opinion of it :D I'm actually really excited about it and I hope you guys will like the new change.. FML Mondays # 18

Welcome everyone and join me to this fml Monday, where I try to cheer up your crappy Monday! Let's start!

# 1 Today, I realized I need to start hitting the gym, when my boyfriend actually utilized my love handles during sex. FML

# 2 Today, my boyfriend and I decided to try flavored condoms. I guess I enjoyed them a little too much; I almost choked half to death on a strawberry cockcicle. FML

# 3 Today, I was jogging on my farm when I discovered a cave. Unfortunately for me, I discovered said cave by tripping and falling into it where there was still a 10ft drop to the bottom. FML

# 4 Today, while working at Mcdonald's, an angry customer called asking for his money back. Apparently we'd put 6 cheeseburgers in his bag instead of 5, he ate them all and now feels sick. FML

Hello everyone, and sorry that I haven't been able to post anything the past week, I was just super packed with homework and I was really lazy afterwards from doing the work that I didn't feel like doing anything... but here I am, once again to post stuff, just telling you guys I might not post that often when it's around thanksgiving because we usually always go to my aunt's house and sleepover there for about 3 days so I probably won't be able to post anything those days.. anyways... this lovely piece is by nelleke and this beautiful photo is called " Mischief".. such a beautiful photo, this is stunning and I love nature, it's just a perfect fit for me, it really is :) I hoped you guys liked this and if you liked this photo then go on and check out more stuff by her!

FML Monday # 17

Hello everyone, I hope you guys are having a nice day so far, if you aren't then oh well it's okay I can try to help out so it won't be that crappy.

# 1 Today, I was mentioning to a coworker how there was a huge lull today in business. A young coworker then turns to me and says in a snooty tone, " I think you mean a 'lol', it's pronounced L-O-L." FML

# 2 Today, a drunken customer blindsided me after I told him I would not be giving him a free drink after I watched him put his own hair in it. FML

# 3 Today, I found out that when you flush an animal clear of blood for research, there is a nerve inside the heart, which when you strike it right, electrical signals cause the animal to writhe as if alive. Now, my boss knows about my fear of zombies, and i'm now terrified of half my job. FML

# 4 Today, as always, my boyfriend has the ability to pop his eyeballs out of his eye sockets. He thought it'd be funny for me to wake up face-to-face with the disgusting sight. The shit in my bowels did an early Thanksgiving Day parade straight into my underwear. FML
