Will Grayson, Will Grayson... Day #5

Hey guys, i know i just put up a post of me wanting to read beauty queens but i actually decided that i wanted to read on my nook again because i haven't been able to read on there in a while so i thought i should leave beauty queens for a different day since i have a copy of it, it won't be going anywhere. So i am instead going to read will grayson, will grayson by john green and david levithan and this book is a bit older compared to the other young adult books that have already come out, but i've heard good things about this book so i can't wait to read it and of course when i finish it, i'll be doing a book review on it, take care guys!! :)

Winter Classes... Day #4

Hmm I'm not sure if i should really take up a winter class or not, which sucks because i would want to at least get a class out of the way but i'm not sure what will happen, i have a meeting with one of my teachers who happens to be a counselor at my school so i'm going to ask for her advice, but i mean i'll just see what happens and if for some reason i'm not able to make it for the semester then i guess i'll just have to wait around for spring, which isn't too bad. I shouldn't be worried about it but i can't help to wonder of what i should do, i'll figure it out somehow, well take care guys :) 

The Next Book I'll be Reading... Day#3

This is the new book that i'll be reading and although its a new book that i'll be reading, it isn't new to me because i've had this book since last christmas but of course i told myself it didn't matter when i would finally come around to reading it because i knew i was going to be busy or in a reading slump, but now that i'm in college and i have to study i found it was more difficult to try to read stuff that i wanted to catch up on but we have breaks in between our classes and while our classes are going on so i thought i would be able to read more and i have been able to and i love it, it made me go back into reading and see how much i loved it from the first place, so here we go this is the new book i'll be reading and of course i'll make a book review as well showing my thoughts of this book as a whole until next time guys, take care :)

Book Review: This One Summer

This One Summer is a graphic novel by Jillian Tamaki and Mariko Tamaki, i told you guys that i would still be doing my book reviews as well as my movie review because it's something i've enjoyed sharing personally! So hope you enjoy.. Let's get started, i want to share with you the synopsis of this book which is " An Unforgettable Summer. Rose and her parents have been going to Awago Beach since she was a little girl. It's her summer getaway, her refuge. Her friend Windy is always there, too, like the little sister she never had, completing her summer family. But this summer is different. Rose's mom and dad won't stop fighting, and Rose and Windy have gotten tangled up in a tragedy-in-the-making in the small town of Awago Beach. It's a summer of secrets and heartache, and it's a good thing Rose and Windy have each other. My View: This Graphic novel was sooooooo breathtaking with it's illustration as well as with it's use of writing that fits so perfectly to each detail. This is such a relate-able graphic novel that depicts what girlhood is and the problems that they have to face when wanting to grow up. Such a sweet yet like the synopsis said.. heartbreaking, and of course i won't spoil as to why it would be heartbreaking, you guys would have to see for yourselves, but i thoroughly enjoyed this graphic novel from start to finish, it really made me reflect onto some of the problems i dealt with when i was a young girl and what it meant to grow out of it as well. I think everyone should pick this wonderful story up and give it a try, take care guys :)   

Cold Weather With A Sweater... Day #2

This morning i went outside my house because i was heading off to school and a cool breeze came down upon me and i loved the feeling of being able to wear my Marvel Sweater finally because it meant that it finally felt like winter was coming around, and isn't that neat? To think that certain weather or certain moods that follow that weather are accustomed to how that person feels about that season. I happen to love winter time and the cold weather that winter has to offer, considering all we have had to deal with the past couple of months is just nothing but heat, it's always nice to have that breeze come and go. I wished it were able to snow down here in California but at the same time everything happens for a reason, or that is what i believe either ways, but California wouldn't be California if it didn't have a sunny bright sky and warm weather around it. I can't wait for winter to come around, one of my favorite seasons considering my favorite holiday is in the season, and also just seeing all the decorations around everywhere just makes me feel serene, and it's quite interesting to see how something so small can give you so much joy and warmth. Ariel Bissett Inspires Me... Day #1

Ariel Bissett inspires me once again with her newest upload which is ... NaNoWriMo ... this video just set me into what i believe is a trance, a beautiful thought, she describes what NaNoWriMo is and how she has failed into completing that challenge, and i would as well. But she challenges herself by making it her own project which is to write something everyday, and she even added an aspect of getting her bf involved by having him send photos to her and her writing a response to it which i thought was brilliant because i've been doing that for some time with this blog of mine, i love writing and this is sort of an escape to be able to do something that i love to do, and so i wanted to take up this challenge as well and write summaries, or stories or just simply write what i want to write each day on here, so i'll always have content to share for not only myself but for the other people that happen to view this as well. This will be my first post of the Writing challenge so i hope you guys will somehow take part in it if you desire to do so... take care guys!! :D

My Tattoo

I have been meaning to post this when i first had it done but i kind of just put it off to the side because my life was pretty busy after i got it. I got this tattoo August 21st, which i think was a friday not too sure about that, but i got it with my cousin and my brother was around, it was very special to me to know that the people i love were going to witness this happen to me as well so it was a lovely experience. My anxiety got the best of me at first so i was quite nervous the ride there and when i first went inside the shop but as soon as i sat on the chair its as though all my worries were gone. The pain was bearable which most people tend to say, i won't do a scale of how painful it was because everyone has different perceptions of pain and what their pain tolerance is, so although this tattoo did not hurt much for me maybe for someone else it would hurt more, but please don't be discouraged about the pain, it is very tolerable and if that is what is holding you back from getting one than maybe you should think a bit before you get one. You have to be dedicated of course in order to get a tattoo knowing that it is going to be on your skin forever, so make wise choices :) This tattoo has a very special place in my heart and is a memory that is very fond to me, this tattoo has a meaning to me that i find very empowering to myself. To others it may seem just to be a crow and a clock but to me it is beyond that. I wanted to share with you guys my tattoo because i made a post a while back saying that i would get one soon and that i would make a post about it, so here it is, i hope you guys enjoyed it and if you have any questions you would like to ask then feel free to do so, take care guys!! :D
